A house concert featuring the touring musical group Taarka will take place Friday at the Proctor Mansion Inn, 36 Common St., where the doors will open at 7:30 p.m. for the 8 p.m. show  The group brings together vocals and such instruments as the mandolin, tenor guitar, five-string violin, and bass.
