The Board of Selectmen recently approved an application by Whole Foods Market for a package store wine-and-malt license. The company intends to open at the Market Street at Lynnfield development, currently under construction, in the fall. Previously, the board had approved a liquor license for Legal C Bar, owned by Legal Sea Foods, also opening at Market Street at Lynnfield.
