The Andover Community Trust Inc. is offering one permanently affordable three-bedroom home, at 98 Andover St., for the purchase price of $175,000. Anyone interested in being selected to buy the home must attend one of three information sessions scheduled next month: 2 p.m. on Feb. 3; 7 p.m. on Feb. 4; or 7 p.m. on Feb. 6. Applications will be available at the close of each session. Andover Community Trust will give preference to income-eligible, first-time homebuyers who will fully occupy the home. To be selected, total household income must be less than 80 percent of the area median income, depending on family size.
