A nominating committee is seeking new members for the Sharon Finance Committee. Mitch Blaustein, who serves on the nominating committee, said the finance panel can seat up to 12 members and currently does not have a full complement. Of the four members up for reappointment this spring, only two are seeking to return to the committee, he said. The board meets on about 30 Mondays each year, he said, sometimes with extra meetings just before Town Meeting. Members are welcome from any occupation or field of expertise, as long as they can make the commitment of time and effort.
