BROCKTON, Mass. (AP) — A car crash that took the life of a Randolph man over the weekend remains under investigation.
Police say 24-year-old Juca Deandrade was driving north on West Street in Brockton at about 4 a.m. Saturday when he lost control of his car and slammed into a tree.
Police tell The Enterprise (http://bit.ly/14zNxUZ ) that the car flipped over and hit a utility pole, knocking out electricity to the neighborhood, then smashed into a stone wall.
Deandrade was thrown from the vehicle.
He was a 2009 graduate of Randolph High School and had attended Curry College, although he was not currently enrolled.
