The board of directors if the Winchester Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for the chamber’s Citizen of the Year award. For the past 33 years, the chamber annually has honored an individual who has made a significant contribution toward the improvement of the business community or the overall quality of life in Winchester. In May, there will be an evening set aside to honor the individual who is chosen this year. The recipient’s name will be announced at the annual meeting of the chamber in April.
