Miller, former town manager of Narragansett, R.I.; and Kevin O’Donnell, town manager of Great Barrington. The selection committee interviewed 12 candidates out of 40 applicants for the position since July, when the contract of the former town administrator, Kevin Mearn, was not renewed.
