Vote will determine future of library

A Special Town Meeting will be held Tuesday at 7 p.m.to vote on an appropriation of $395,000 for professional services and expenses related to a proposed new town library at 10 Elm St. in Boxford Village. The meeting will be held in the Masconomet Regional High School auditorium, 20 Endicott St.
