A New Bedford man is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday on a charge of murder in the death of a 9-month-old infant, the Bristol district attorney’s office said. Ethen Harrison, 23, is accused of causing injuries that led to the Jan. 24 death of Ariel Eluziario, the daughter of Harrison’s girlfriend, with whom he lived, spokesman Gregg Miliote said. Harrison was not the baby’s father. Harrison has been held without bail since his arrest the day after Eluziario’s death.
