The FBI and law enforcement in North Carolina are investigating a security threat aboard a US Airways flight from Boston to Charlotte Wednesday night, officials said. “Out of an abundance of caution,” authorities were called to meet Flight 114 — which took off from Logan International Airport with 196 people on board — when the Airbus A321 jetliner landed at Charlotte Douglas International Airport shortly after 5:30 p.m, according to US Airways spokesman Davien Anderson. The FBI interviewed one person in connection to the threat, but no charges were pending, according to Shelley Lynch, spokeswoman for the FBI’s Charlotte division.
