The Brookline Community Foundation has elected Frank Steinfield as president of the nonprofit organization’s board of trustees. Steinfield, who previously served as the board’s vice president and is a Town Meeting member, was elected to the top post last month during the foundation’s annual meeting. He succeeds Judith Kidd, who is stepping down from the board after nine years, including three years as president.
