Diana Rodgers devotes a lot of time to thinking about what people eat.

As a professional nutritionist, she consults with clients interested in losing weight or improving their strength and energy levels.
As an adviser to several fitness centers in the area, she talks regularly with athletes and exercise buffs about how to maintain the ideal nutritional intake to meet their physical goals.
So perhaps it is only natural that her first cookbook focuses on health and fitness.
