A woman was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after being stabbed in Dorchester Thursday evening, police said. Police responded to a report of the attack at 66 Westville St. in the Bowdoin-Geneva section of Dorchester at 8:36 p.m., said Officer Katherine Shea, a police spokeswoman. The victim was taken to Boston Medical Center, Shea said. She said she did not know the victim’s age, and no additional details regarding the attack were immediately available.
