The town will dedicate new and refurbished walking trails at John J. DeMarco Park next Sunday in a 1 p.m. ceremony. The work was an Eagle Scout service project organized by Boy Scout Robert Neal Borden. With the help of other members of Avon/Holbrook Troop 56, Borden spent four months improving the trails. The park is located at 90 North Main St., and the public is invited to the dedication. Full story for BostonGlobe.com subscribers.
