Brightview North Andover is about to welcome its first tenants this week, according to executive director Michael Reed. The senior living community, at the base of the slopes at the former Boston Hill ski area, 1275 Turnpike St., features 137 apartments offering care from independent living apartments with resort-like amenities, to assisted living apartments that include some personal assistance and support, to a neighborhood known as Wellspring Village, where individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia live and have access to needed services. The North Andover complex is the fifth Brightview community to open in Massachusetts; a sixth is under construction in Arlington. According to Reed, about 30 residents will move into the North Andover complex during the next couple of weeks. Apartments are still available. The North Andover community serves seniors from Andover, North Andover, Boxford, Middleton, North Reading, Reading, Topsfield, Lynnfield, and surrounding communities. Monthly rents start at $3,500 for an independent living unit, with costs increasing as residents’ needs become more complex.
