Hull delays action on seasonal rentals

Hull’s Zoning Board of Appeals last week postponed a decision on whether seasonal rentals are illegal commercial activity in residential districts.

During 2½ hours of debate at its crowded Aug. 29 meeting, the board dealt only with the technicalities of two appeals of the building commisioner’s order to stop these rentals. The zoning board scheduled hearings on the two properties in October and November.
