The Foxborough School Committee gave Superintendent Debra Spinelli high marks last week for her performance over the past 12 months, offering a raise to the three-year leader as well as a contract extension. Spinelli, who was found to be “proficient” and “exemplary” in leadership and management areas, as well as with issues that relate to families and the community, will receive a 2.4 percent raise, officials said, increasing her $165,000 salary to $169,000. The raise will be retroactive to July 1. Spinelli’s contract will also be renewed for another three years beginning on July 1 of next year. Details of that pact are not yet available.
