Milton resident Paul Yovino, a regular caller to Logan Airport’s noise complaint hotline, said he was treated rudely duing a call last Sunday. After telling state Senator Brian A. Joyce about the incident, Yovino received an apology from officials of MassPort, which runs Logan. Joyce also said that the hotline employee was “disciplined.”
