Watertown’s Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Wednesday on a proposed mixed-use development at 60 Howard St. and 45 Bacon St., the former Circle Supply Co. site. Newton-based World Realty & Development Ltd. wants to demolish the existing two buildings to make room for a complex with nearly 10,500 square feet of commercial space, 65 condominiums, a roof deck, and nearly 150 parking spaces. The project would also include a recreational path along Howard Street, as well as a public open space between Howard and Bacon streets, according to planning officials.
