In the midst of last night’s nor’easter, North Attleboro firefighters worked to extinguish a four-alarm fire in an office building, fire department officials said.

At 12:03 the North Attelboro fire department was notified a box alarm in the 30 North Washington St. building was sounding and went to investigate. When they arrived at the multi-story wooden office building, firefighters found thick smoke on the second floor and fire in the walls, said Deputy Chief Mike Brousseau.
