The Wilmington Memorial Library is offering one-on-one assistance with basic technology questions. Patrons may register for a one-hour technology training session at the library. Staffers will help with Internet browsing, navigating the library’s online databases, getting started with e-mail, or using various computer software programs, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Patrons can also get help with e-readers, including audiobook and eBook borrowing via OverDrive. During the training sessions, patrons may use their own personal device or one of the library’s computers. Registration is required. For more information or to register online, visit www.wilmlibrary.org/tech-help or call the library at 978-658-2967. Full story for BostonGlobe.com subscribers.
