A Weymouth woman who works in the cafeteria at the town’s middle school pleaded not guilty today to four counts of statutory rape for allegedly sexually assaulting a male victim during the Thanksgiving and New Year holidays.
Janelle Foley, 32, was arrested Wednesday by Weymouth police for allegedly assaulting the victim twice at a party on Nov. 24 and twice at a party on New Year’s Day, according to Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey’s office.
