Budget sessions are getting underway in Mansfield at the same time the town is seeking applicants for a treasurer/collector to replace Roxanne Donovan, who recently took a post with the Bristol County Retirement Board. "It was a great opportunity for her professionally," Selectman Olivier Kozlowski said in an interview, adding that Donovan is helping the town in the transition. The town and school sides of government have begun work on budget preparations and have pledged to provide residents with details through regular press releases and posting of information, he said. The School Committee has begun its review of a proposed budget of roughly $45.4 million that calls for 10 new positions.
