The city of Gloucester sold two properties for $315,000 at a Jan. 10 tax title auction. The winning bid for a single-family home at 102 East Main St. was $222,500 from Richard Golf of Gloucester, and the winning bidder for two vacant land parcels that were sold as one property at 88-90 Riverview Road was David de Sieyes of Hamilton, at $92,500. There were more than 30 registered bidders and 60 people attended, said Paul Zekos of The Zekos Group, which ran the auction.
