The Planning Board at its meeting on Monday is set to approve a site plan for a project to bring two new restaurants, a Panera Bread and a Taco Bell, to a commercial plaza at 156 Church St. The approval will come with conditions the board plans to draft at the meeting, according to town officials. The site plan was proposed by the owner of the plaza, RK Rainbow, LLC. The plan calls for demolishing an existing building and erecting two new buildings to house the restaurants. The hearing closed several weeks ago. The meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
