The Marlborough Economic Development Corporation will pursue zoning changes this spring with the goal of spurring economic growth downtown, the agency has announced. The organization didn’t specify what zoning changes will be pushed, but the announcement comes after a report was released by the Urban Land Institute Boston stating that changes in zoning and parking regulations downtown could attract new development and encourage commercial growth.
