A man who was on the Massachusetts “Most Wanted” list in connection with a slaying in Boston in 1995 was arrested in Pennsylvania Wednesday, Pennsylvania State Police said. Joslyn A. Bailey, 48, of Pittsburgh was stopped for a traffic violation on Interstate 78 in Allentown, Pa., when authorities discovered he had provided false identification, according to a statement from Pennsylvania State Police. When Bailey’s true identity became known, it was discovered that he was on the “Most Wanted” list, and he was arrested. Authorities in Boston are working with their counterparts in Pennsylvania to determine extradition options, a spokesman for the Suffolk district attorney’s office said.
