Next Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m., the League of Women Voters of Concord-Carlisle will hold a public forum in Town Hall, 66 Westford St., to provide information about issues on the warrant for annual Town Meeting, which convenes on April 28. Topics to be discussed include a proposal to build affordable housing on the Banta-Davis property, and the proposed renovation of the Highland Building, at the edge of the Carlisle Public School campus, for use as a community center.
