Man, 33, pleads not guilty to charges he murdered his father in their West Roxbury home

A 33-year-old man was ordered held without bail today on charges that he fatally shot his father, who was found dead inside his West Roxbury home on Friday.

A not guilty plea was entered in West Roxbury Municipal Court on behalf of Mark T. Regan, who is charged with murder. He is accused of fatally shooting his 66-year-old father, who is also named Mark Regan.

The victim was found shot multiple times in his bedroom in his Perham Street home, Assistant District Attorney David Fredette said in court.
