The Boston Globe is reporting that a raptured saddle tank spilled up to 80 gallons of fuel on the highway, with the gas draining into some nearby catch basins.

State environmental officials are on the scene, the Globe notes.

Commuters should expect a 30-minute delay, the State Police tweeted. For now, the breakdown lane is open for cars to pass, with the three normal lanes closed.
