A third person has been arrested in Tuesday’s stabbing at Methuen High School, police said. Jomar Vega, 18, is being charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, Methuen police Lieutenant Greg Gallant said. Vega is a senior at the school, said Gallant. Vega, along with Leivi Jose Cruzetta, 19, and Justin Ramone Suriel, 18, were allegedly involved in the stabbing of an 18-year-old male student Tuesday in the school’s parking lot, police said. Cruzetta and Suriel are former students of the high school, police said. The victim was treated and released at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, police said.
