In the early morning hours of April 6, The Boston Globe assembled a group of survivors—including the Richard family—as well as first responders, political leaders, and others for a photoshoot at the Boston Marathon finish line on Boylston Street.

Those who appear in the photo include: Boston Mayor Marty Walsh, Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, former Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis, former Boston Mayor Tom Menino, US Attorney Carmen Ortiz, Suffolk County District Attorney Dan Conley, Red Sox designated hitter David Ortiz, Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia, and Bruins defenseman Zdeno Chara. (The Globe has an interactive feature to show you who’s who in the photo).

Details on how they put the whole thing together are available here.
