Massachusetts State Police pulled the body of a dead man apparently in his twenties from the Charles River Sunday afternoon, NECN reports.
The body was reportedly found near Community Boating at 21 David G. Mugar Way. A marine unit from the department’s Brighton barracks reportedly responded to the call around 2:30 p.m.
A spokesperson with the Suffolk County DA’s office told Fox 25 that the death did not appear suspicious.
No further information on the victim’s identity or nature of the discovery were immediately available Sunday evening.
