Philip Chism, the 15-year-old accused of murdering a Danvers High School teacher, has been moved to an undisclosed facility, according to media reports.

Chism allegedly attacked an employee at a Department of Youth Services facility on June 2. He was subsequently taken to Boston Medical Center for a mental evaluation.

Now, NECN is reporting that Chism has been moved from a hospital to “an undisclosed and secure location.”

According to previous media reports, surveillance video from the DYS facility where Chism was held while awaiting trial showed him following a staffer into a locker room with a pencil-like object before attacking her. The extent of the woman’s injuries was not revealed.

The incident shared similarities to the murder Chism is charged with committing in October 2013. Officials say that one day after school he followed popular math teacher Colleen Ritzer into a bathroom with a boxcutter, sexually assaulted her, and dumped her body in the woods behind the school.

The Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office told NECN there are no new charges filed against Chism yet because the June 2 incident is still under investigation.
