MBTA Police Searching for Man Who Spat on Bus Driver

We can’t go a month without some jerk spitting on a bus driver. The MBTA Transit Police have posted a photo of a man they believe spat on a bus driver on June 11.

The latest incident of public transportation expectoration happened on the 110 line, during a stop in Everett. Transit Police report:

On Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at approximately 5:30 PM, the subject depicted within spit on the bus operator of a Route #110 MBTA Bus near the intersection of Clinton Street and Chelsea Street in the City of Everett. The subject is described as follows; White or Hispanic male, black hair, between 25 to 30 years of age, approximately 5’09’’ in height, medium build, wearing gold framed aviator style sunglasses, a large red beaded necklace, black V neck tee-shirt, black cargo shorts and black sneakers with white soles.

Spitting on a bus driver is assault. Full stop. Don’t do it. And if you see someone do it, report it to the cops.
