The first family is heading back to Martha’s Vineyard for summer vacation, the White House confirmed to the Vineyard Gazette on Wednesday. The Obamas will be on the island from August 9 until 24, renting a private home the Gazette described as “situated in a secluded high meadow dotted with wildflowers and native shrubs, the summer home has sweeping views of the Elizabeth Islands.”

The Obamas have vacationed on the Vineyard several times during his presidency. Last year he could be seen riding bikes with oldest daughter Malia. This year, though, Malia is on the West Coast, working as an intern on Halle Berry’s television show. She also may not be into bikes anymore. She turned 16 last week, and her mother told Access Hollywood in May that she’ll be learning how to drive this summer. If you’re an Islander who is wary of teen drivers, you may want to avoid the roads next month.

As for the president, he’ll probably be playing a lot of golf.
