If you are interested in men and sick of casual dating with no long-term prospects, Boston may just be the city for you, according to a new study.

Business Insider reported that the dating website, AYI.com did a study that found “ladies who are looking for a serious relationship may want to consider moving to Boston.”

Apparently, AYI, which stands for “Are You Interested?,” asked their users a simple question: “Are you looking for a serious relationship, or something casual?”

After 1,579,230 responses, that found some good news for the people of Boston looking for something serious:

“Of AYI’s male users living in Boston, 40.8% were looking for a serious relationship. Fort Worth, TX, came in second with 40.6%, Memphis, TN, at 40.5%, Miami, FL, at 38.8%, and Ft. Lauderdale, FL, at 38.8%.”

If you are looking for a casual relationship, head to Illinois, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and South Carolina, as these are the places where the most users answered “casual,” according to Insider.

But, if you are looking for that long-term, romantic, leading to marriage kind of serious relationship, move to Mississippi, Nevada, Indiana, Iowa, and Nebraska, which were the states with the fewest users looking for casual relationships, Insider said.

Do with this information as you will, daters of Boston.
