Boston Police believe two sexual assaults reported in Brighton Thursday night were perpetrated by the same suspect and are asking for the public’s help to identify him.
Authorities said a woman reported an attack around 7:50 p.m. near 39 Brighton Ave., after which the suspect fled on foot on Gardner Street toward Harvard Avenue.
About 40 minutes later, another woman reported an assault by a man matching his description near Quint and Brighton avenues.
Both victims described the man as a white male in his late 30s to early 40s, approximately 5’8” tall with a slim build and short brown hair that is possibly balding.
