It appears John Bubier did not learn his lesson the first time.

Bubier, 60, of Boston— known to many Bostonians as “Spare Change Guy”—was arrested by MBTA Transit Police today after officers allegedly saw him fare evade, or “piggyback,” into Andrew Square station behind a paying customer. Officers arrested and charged him with the same offense last week.

According to police, officers approached Bubier around 1 p.m. Tuesday, and found there was an active warrant out for his arrest for disorderly conduct and assault and battery.
