Mammal injured by blunt object
A 20-ton, 48-foot North Atlantic right whale found moldering on South Monomoy Island off the coast of Chatham might have been killed when it was struck by a passing ship, scientists who performed a necropsy on the giant mammal said yesterday. (Full article: 501 words)
