Many assaults aren't reported
Prisoners in Massachusetts reported 63 alleged rapes, sexual assaults, and incidents of sexual misconduct last year, according to a Justice Department study released yesterday that federal officials and inmate advocates said probably reflects only a small portion of the sexual violence behind bars.
