Recent bird sightings as reported to the Massachusetts Audubon Society. Reports from Plum Island last week included roughly 100 green-winged teal, two Northern pintails, a Northern shoveler, an American bittern, a peregrine falcon, two Virginia rails, a sora, an American golden plover, two Hudsonian godwits, two marbled godwits, and a yellow-billed cuckoo.
