US Attorney Michael J. Sullivan has told Suffolk County Sheriff Andrea J. Cabral that a federal grand jury has concluded its investigation into allegations that a nurse was banned from working at the House of Correction because she was an FBI informant and that no charges will be brought against Cabral.
