Tax lobby sees gain in tuition proposal
Letting undocumented immigrants who graduate from Massachusetts high schools pay in-state tuition rates at public colleges and universities would generate up to $5.7 million in new revenues by 2009, according to a report released yesterday by the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation, a business-backed watchdog group.
