THIS TRANSCRIPT IS DRAFT AND PRELIMINARY

Date: July 19, 2006

Time: Approximately 9:30 PM

Participants: FBI Undercover Employee ("UCE-1")

FBI Undercover Employee ("UCE-2")

Roberto Pulido (Pulido)

Carlos Pizarro ("Pizarro")

UCE-2: But anyway listen. I want to tell you guys that, uh, everything has been going great. I know that there was a little couple of glitches, but nothing that we could over come. And uh.

UCE-1: Tell them how happy you were about Nelson not being here, but he'll be here tomorrow.

UCE-2: Yeah, I'm a little disappointed, cause I wanted to take everybody out, you know, as a family because I'm very much into that. You know, consider all of us here and everyone that works with me is, you know, we all, we all trust each other, we all look each other back and we all make sure that, uh, nobody gets hurt and we all protect each other. And I think that if you keep that spirit alive everybody could have long fruitful life, you know. So it's important to do that and, uh, I understand the situation, but hopefully tomorrow we're gonna probably meet again, uh, and I'll have the cash for you guys tomorrow. So, and I appreciate it, and I, just I wanna just say that, uh, we're ready for the big times now. I think everything worked out good. Jerry speaks very highly of the way it worked. Our first deal we did the 40 keys of coke. Then we did the 100 keys of coke. We are looking to do big numbers. How much can you handle?

Pulido: What can be brought down?

UCE-1: You tell me.

Pulido: four, five, six?

UCE-2: That's how much we could bring down.

Pulido: Really?

UCE-2: We can do 500 keys of coke.

Pulido: That's what I wanna see.

UCE-2: Okay, we could do 500 at the same price, but here's another thing that I wanted to ask you guys. Could you guys also move some heroin for us? We've got 5 keys, but the pay is $3000 per key.

UCE-1: We told you we would put everything out on the table.

UCE-2: We're not going to sneak it in. We're not gonna bull[expletive deleted] about it. It's gonna be three grand in a suitcase. It's gonna go in the same place. Jerry's people wanna take the suitcase with the heroin and they're going to put it away. It's three thousand a key.

Pulido: Yeah, I'll hook you up.

UCE-2: All right.

Pulido: But if it's there.

UCE-2: I don't wanna sneak.

Pulido: No, no, as long as I know what's in there [(Spanish) Whatever it is. You tell me what's there, I don't care.]

UCE-1: That's why we bring it up.

UCE-2: We don't want to short change you because it's a different world. You know what I mean? So, good. Do you have any problems with that?

Pizarro: No, no, no. If it's okay with Pulido.

UCE-1: That's why we say, you know you came to the. We always said that we would put everything on the table. And what it is, is what it is. That's why we are talking about it now. And now you are part of the family so we can talk about it openly and we can't - you know, we don't want no [expletive deleted]. Just like we don't expect you guys to hide anything from us.

Pulido: No, no, we won't.

UCE-2: I mean, let's look at the math here. The math, you're looking at -it's a nice chunk of change for everybody. I mean, at 500 a key, 500, okay? To go plus the other thing will make 3. Now, the pay for that is gonna be a little quicker. Cause there's a delay. You know, so you're probably gonna get, the first day, a little big chunk of it. And then the next one may take about the usual 2 weeks.

Pulido: 2 weeks about.

UCE-2: So, you understand that? Uh, and we wanna do it the same way. Hopefully we can work out all the kinks, you know, the same location. From the people from New York are going to take it up. And then that's handled. And we're looking to do it sometime next week. How's that looking for you guys?

Pulido: Yeah, for me it's fine.

UCE-2: And you?

Pizarro: Fine.

UCE-2: How about the other guy? That's why I wanted him here.

Pulido: Yeah, well he's with me. So he does, he has, actually, I think he's on vacation next week. So,

UCE-2: So that means he won't.

Pulido: No, no, he'll be there. He's not going anywhere.

Pizarro: (laughing with CW about passing the food)

UCE-2: Okay, then we were talking about it, Jerry and I were talking about maybe 2 weeks from the on, do another 500. Could we do that too?

Pulido: Yeah, that'll be, uh, the only bad week is the last week of August. Anytime before the 20, the 20th. Between the 20th and the 27th, I'm not gonna, I'm not going to be around. So...

UCE-2: Well, we want to do it before the 27th.

Pulido: Before the 27th.

UCE-2: The second one before the 27th. I'm gonna do the next one next week.

Pulido: Right.

UCE-2: But then the second one, 2 weeks after that. We should be right about the 12th, 15th.

Pulido: Ah, that's fine. As long as it's before the 20th

UCE-2: Good. Any problems that we should know about? Everything okay? Have you guys got any feedback? Any situation? Any problems on the street? Anybody looking?

Pulido: Nope.

UCE-2: Anybody asking questions?

Pulido: No.

UCE-2: Nothing at all?

Pulido: [(Spanish) What's coming in] isn't, isn't there for the city.

UCE-2: Okay.

Pulido: [(Spanish) That's being taken out], you know. If it was being funneled in to our city, then you know, everybody will be where is it coming from? You know, why is it so much of it here?

UCE-2: Which is, we're just using it for a distribution point.

Pulido: No, no, so they don't, nothing has come back.

UCE-2: Yeah, good.

UCE-1: That's the important part. And please guys. You are going to be making good money. Do not [expletive deleted] in go crazy because you are going to bring attention to yourselves.

Pulido: No, you don't have to say nothing.

UCE-1: Okay.

UCE-2: Yeah, cause all of the sudden this next couple of, this month everybody's gonna be making some big cash. So, what I'm saying is especially your guys, in your line of work, you gotta be careful. You know what I'm saying?

Pizarro: (nodding head) definitely.

UCE-2: So, you know, this way we keep doing this and then after that, like I said, we're gonna do it towards the end and then after that, probably about, maybe, every month, maybe once possibly twice. You know? And, again, the people that you are going to be seeing are going to be the same people you've been seeing all along. Chino is always, he's my guy, my right hand guy up here. Along with Jerry's guy. So, he may, I may send him up there to handle some of it. So, but it's gonna be us. You know what I mean? And no new faces. And you give us the green light that it's okay and, like I said, I think that we can make more money with the 'H.' With heroin we can make some more money and it's less bulky.

Pulido: Yeah.

UCE-2: You know? So, I'm trying to get this connection started and people that I know are vouching these guys are talking about moving 20 keys a month. So, you know? It's good to talk.

Pulido: The only, the only thing about the drop, is when it's made this time.

UCE-1: Where are we going to do this?

Pulido: I want to make sure, it's gonna be, it's not going to be at the same location, it's gonna be another location, but I would rather you already be there instead of come in with us.

UCE-1: Right.

Pulido: It's attracting attention.

UCE-1: Okay.

Pulido: You're not known in the neighborhood. You know, New Jersey plates on the cars.

UCE-1: Okay.

Pulido: And uh. You know, that was the biggest part, believe it or not.

UCE-1: Yeah?

Pulido: Was, was that, you know, no one knew who you were.

Pizarro: Yeah, coming in with different plates into that.

Pulido: Different plates and they didn't know who you were. It it was just us, nobody would've even, you know.

UCE-1: So are we going to use the same garage or a different garage?

Pulido: No, we are going to go for the one, the first one that we went to before.

UCE-1: Okay.

Pulido: Yeah, so, they have, part of it you can be upstairs you can oversee the whole thing, but no one can see you and you can see everything. Plus, I feel more comfortable that way because anything happens, you are not around. I will, you could be upstairs in the beginning, but you are not right there in the middle of everything.

UCE-1: You know, I appreciate that Roberto. I mean, I'd like to know what's going on, like,

Pulido: Well, that's what I'm saying. From there you can see everything, you can come downstairs, but you are not outside.

UCE-1: Right.

Pulido: If you go to the outside, they're going to see you. And that's why.

UCE-1: I tried to stay inside that day, but it's just there were so many people walking up

Pulido: Right, right, that's not gonna happen. So other than that, you know, let us do the bringing it in and bringing it back to where.

UCE-2: So, your schedule looks pretty clear for next week?

Pulido: Yeah, mine's good.

UCE-2: Your's too?

Pizarro: Yes.

UCE-2: Good. All right, then what we'll do is tomorrow, how much money each, are they getting each?

UCE-1: We owe them, uh, a total of, I gave you 15?

Pulido: Yeah.

UCE-1: I owe you 35.

UCE-2: All right, you'll have that and I'm sorry about the delay, but you'll have it tomorrow. Tomorrow we'll meet up in, probably like early afternoon, if its all right with you know, just for an hour or two.

Time: Approximately 2:53 P.M.

Location: Coral Gables, Florida

Participants: FBI Undercover Employees ("UCE-1")

Nelson Carrasquillo ("Carrasquillo")

(Conversation Deleted)

UCE-1: Sure you're okay with yourself? Cause I don't know if Roberto told you what's coming up, did he mention anything to you?

Carrasquillo: He kind of went over a couple of things, but not, nothing in particular.

UCE-1: You know, we're looking, you guys have helped us out, I feel like we can talk openly.

Carrasquillo: Yeah.

UCE-1: We've done things, and everythings worked out. We did the 40 keys, everything worked out; the 100 keys, was a little [expletive deleted] up, but it worked out.

Carrasquillo: (laughs)

UCE-1: Okay we got lucky, we got lucky.

Carrasquillo: I know.

UCE-1: And I don't like to get lucky, I like to be good.

Carrasquillo: Right, yeah.

UCE-1: But we got lucky, okay. I don't know if he told you, in two weeks, we plan to do, and I asked him, I said "what can you guys handle?" He said you guys could handle 500 keys. Okay, that's, we're talking big change, so I need your head straight, and if you're straight, if your head is straight, let me know we'll go forward because you're part of the team. Part of that too is we put everything on the table, so listen we are trying to open the market uptown to other things, well, the same people, we're looking to put 5,500 keys of coke, and put 5 keys of heroin to start. He said he was alright with that, I said we are going to pay 3000 a piece for those 'cause obviously it's a different game. Okay. Are you okay with that?

Carrasquillo: Yep. (nods head)

UCE-1: Alright, alright, I guess that's, we, we put everything on the table, we don't hide [expletive deleted] from you guys.

Carrasquillo: And, and, that's what I like, that's the reason why I wanted to come down, I said I need to be there to know what's said, to know what's being said.

UCE-1: And that's why we wanted you, that's why I said, when he told me yesterday, I said in the hotel, get him the ticket, just show up and he did, because we need to be able to sit down and say this is what it is, we're not talking about refrigerators, I'm talking about something serious.

Carrasquillo: Right, right.

UCE-1: For all of us, uh, uh, nobody wants to [expletive deleted] get caught, with 500 keys of coke, and 5 keys of heroin.

Carrasquillo: (Laughing and nodding) Exactly, exactly.

UCE-1: You know what I mean?

Carrasquillo: Yeah, the uh, the uh, I spoke with uh, the only other issues I have at the time, uh, are we going to keep the same people? Or do you guys want to bring more people in?

UCE-1: As long as they're people that you guys trust.

Carrasquillo: Right.

UCE-1: You know we can't get people that are on the po.

Carrasquillo: Exactly, that's my thing, that's my only worry.

UCE-1: 'Cause my worry is we get people that are humping (unintelligible), and people that do stupid things, next thing you know, somebody has $50,000 in their pocket, and they go out, and now they are [expletive deleted] Al Capone. Scarface.

Carrasquillo: Yeah, right

UCE-1: And you know what happens, that bites us in the ass.

Carrasquillo: Right.

UCE-1: That's why we like dealing with people like you, cause you guys are responsible and have a lot to lose, just like we do. So if you got people that you know, that are like you, you know, no problem, we can then increase the, you know, amount-not the amount in bulk-but in the times we do it.

Carrasquillo: Right. See my thing is, I'd rather keep it like this, I don't want to bring too many people in, too many people knowing our business, like you said we run a chance of someone turning into Al Capone.

UCE-1: Yeah.

Carrasquillo: Hey, then people are going to start questioning, where the hell is.

UCE-1: And after a while you guys are going to start making good money yourself, and if you guys need help investing the money, or somebody to help invest the money, we can do that, okay cause you are going to have show, you're going to have to show where the money's coming from. Because you know this deal coming up with 500, you're looking at a good chunk of change in your pocket.

Carrasquillo: Right, right.

UCE-1: And you can only put in underneath your bed for so long before you have to start doing something.

Carrasquillo: That's right, right. Yeah, that's fine, and then mentally I'll be prepared.

UCE-1: That's what I want to do, you know like I said, if there is anything we can do for you, by all means, if you need, you know, after we do this in two weeks, if you guys want to come down, you and the wife, put you up in a nice little place, relax, we would rather do that, that's why we've stayed in business, we take care of our people.

Carrasquillo: Exactly

UCE-1: Okay, we don't want to [expletive deleted] have problems (phone rings) that's the bottom line,

Carrasquillo: Sounds good.

UCE-1: Alright man.

Carrasquillo: Thanks a lot (shake hands)

UCE-1: We're in.

Carrasquillo: (laughing) We're good.
