MIAMI -- Governor Mitt Romney, looking to bolster his foreign policy experience as he prepares for a 2008 presidential run, is to embark tomorrow on a week long trip to Asia, making stops in Japan, China, and the Korean Peninsula, where he is to tour the demilitarized zone that separates North and South Korea.
