"Charles River Swim Coordinator" sounds like something you'd see on an ironic T-shirt. But as the Charles distances itself from its tetanus-shot days and moves closer to welcoming bathers as the first swimmable major urban river in the country, the Charles River Conservancy is looking for someone to run its "Swimming in the Charles" initiative.
