Susan Reed likes teaching her children -- Allison, 8, Kate, 9, and Jonathan, 11 -- about charity, and the concept of giving something back. The former director of the Suzuki program at New England Conservatory Preparatory School in Boston has been home-schooling her youngsters for years and loves finding innovative ways for them to learn.
