1. Keystone Parking lot, Dedham
Officials are talking about the merits of adopting fast-track permitting to possibly attract stores and a parking garage to a Dedham Square parking lot.
2. Fairfield Farm Kitchens, Brockton
The Brockton City Council last month approved fast-track permitting to attract developers or companies to underutilized or vacant warehouses. The state, though, still needs to sign off on the expedited process.
3. Walpole Mall, Walpole
The Walpole Mall last year received approval, under fast-track permitting, for a 100,000-square-foot expansion as well as facade and landscaping improvements.
