Report: Man had ties to school where victims' remains found
FRAMINGHAM, Mass.—A man named by prosecutors as a "person of interest" in a series of unsolved murders in central Massachusetts once used an address on the grounds of a private school where the remains of two of the victims were found.
The MetroWest Daily News reported Tuesday that 38-year-old Alex Scesny (SEZ'-nee) listed the property owned by Hillside School in Marlborough on public records. His brother, Stan Scesny, told the newspaper that their father, William, used to run a farm at the school.
The remains of Carmen Rudy and Betzaida Montalvo were found in September 2003 in shallow graves behind the school. Investigators said both women had worked as prostitutes in Worcester.
Alex Scesny is currently being held on an unrelated rape charge.
